I just subscribed, what can I expect?

First off, thank you for subscribing, you are the best part of what we do! First, please make sure you took note of what box you are recieving as well as when the box is shipping and renewing. Use your handy dandy planner to write these important dates down so you know when you should expect a shipping email and a renewal email from us. You can then sit back and relax, maybe visit us on Instagram @theplanneraddictbox. We will see you soon!

When does my box ship?

Planner Addict Boxes ship every 27-30th of the month previous to the box you are receiving. For example: Just subscribed to September's Box, your box will ship August 27th-30th. You will receive an email with your scheduled ship date and a tracking number.


It's the 30th and I haven't recieved a shipping email yet, why? Please hold off on emailing us until the 31st if you haven't received a shipping notice yet. If you still haven't on that day, shoot us an email and we will get to the bottom of it. 


When is my renewal day? Is it an ongoing subscription?

Planner Addict Boxes renew every 3rd of the month and Sticker Addict Boxes renew every 1st of the month. 


You are renew every month until you cancel.

 I forgot to cancel and was charged, will I get a refund?

Unfortunately no, since our boxes are made especially for you upon renewal will not be able to refund you after the renewal date. Thank you for your understanding.


I recieved an email that my subscription is in danger of expiring, what do I do?

Not to worry, if you catch it in time you can update your credit card info ration by logging into your account and changing it. The system will attempt to renew you until the cutoff date, which is usually the 8th or 9th of the month .


I need to change my address, payment info, email address etc, how?

You can login and change these things at anytime on your own by using the "Edit" button while in your account.


Can I purchase a gift for a friend?

Yes, you can purchase a gift card or simply purchase a subscription for them, use the "give a gift" option on the website or update this at checkout.


I need to cancel, how?

We are sorry to see you go but if you need to cancel you can login to your account and cancel at anytime. We do not cancel for our planner addicts but if you have any trouble please feel free to contact us for help.


I would like to reactivate my account?

That's great, as long as we are not in sold out mode you can login and reactivate at anytime, we cannot wait to have you back.


I thought I canceled, why am I getting a shipping notification?

You may have canceled after the renewal date so you will receive one more box from us and then you will not be renewed again. We hope to see you back soon.


I sent an email and I haven't gotten a response, what gives?

Please allow at least 48 business hours M-F 8am-4pm for a response. We may have several emails during our peak days of the month but we will get back to you as soon as we can. Please avoid sending another email as that will simply back up the entire process even further as we answer emalis in the order they are recieved. 


I am missing product in my box, can I get it sent to me?

We apologize, yes, providing we have the product in still we are happy to end the product over to you. Please send an email with your name and address as well as the missing product.


Will the products fit my planner?

Both of our boxes can be used with any type and size planner, our products are universal.
